Holladay Properties proudly announces the completion of its latest project, the WoodSpring Suites by Choice Hotels in Downers Grove, IL. The 48,000 SF, four-story extended-stay hotel broke ground in 2022 and opened in December of 2023. This is Holladay Properties’ 13th Woodspring Suites hotel.
Located at 2751 Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove, this hotel features four stories with a variety of rooms with queen or king-sized beds, a spacious lobby, guest laundry room, and fitness center.
Each of the furnished suites offer a comprehensive kitchenette, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, 2-burner stovetop, and sink. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a well-appointed workspace featuring a comfortable chair, a cozy bed, and ample storage space.
