Austin Haynes joined Holladay Properties in 2012 and has direct responsibility as Senior Vice President for the company’s Mid-Atlantic operations and development. He also serves as the Principal Broker for Holladay Properties in Virginia and maintains offices in Richmond, VA. Besides oversight of operations and future development, Austin provides land use consulting services including entitlement process and impact analysis throughout the Commonwealth. He has been in the real estate and development industry for over 20 years and has managed over $700,000,000 in real estate transactions.
Austin has previously served as an appointed and elected official at both the local and state level. He is active in supporting local causes involving children, having served as Regional President of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington and on the board for Court Appointed Special Advocates in his local community.
