Holladay Properties began third-party development of a 65,000 square foot industrial flex building in Valparaiso, IN in 2019 for Appletree Ventures, LLC. The project was designed to accommodate up to six tenants and was granted 7-year tax abatement by the City of Valparaiso. The building features visibility from IN-49, proximity to US Highway 30, individual entries for each suite, six overhead drive-in doors, and 10 dock doors. Holladay Construction Group served as the General Contractor and Curran Architecture was the architect for the building, which was completed in 2020.
