Project Description:
A build‐to‐suit project, the Brown Mackie College building was a collaborative effort between Brown Mackie staff, Holladay Properties, and Holladay Construction Group. At 50,000 SF, the facility also provided a great new anchor along the new Douglas Road corridor. This project led to two more developments for Brown Mackie, one in Mishawaka and one in Michigan City, Indiana. When Brown Mackie closed it operations in 2017, the building was repurposed for multi-tenant commercial office use.
