Needing to expand their business offerings and establish a more strategic market location, Concentra, a national urgent care provider, partnered with Holladay to develop this turn-key build-to-lease. They chose the AmeriPlex-Indianapolis business park as the ideal location for their Concentra Urgent Care and Physical Therapy facility. In addition, the architectural design and collaborative process allowed Concentra to use this project to define a standard for future facilities.
