In late 2018, Holladay Properties began the revitalization of Donelson Plaza. With Donelson’s new Nashville Public Library branch as its centerpiece, the 1960s era shopping center will be transformed into a modern urban town center, extending its life for decades to come as a hub of the Donelson community. • Refurbished building facades and courtyards;
