Development of fifty forty flats included the conversion of two existing 1970s-era three-story office buildings into apartments, and the construction of two new three-story walkup flats buildings. The project features a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units and kicked off in August 2020. The first building featuring 40 units, the model unit and the leasing office was completed in June 2021 with the second building is completed in August 2021.
