Holladay’s Hospitality division opened the new 111-room, 4-story Home2 Suites by Hilton extended-stay hotel in the AmeriPlex-Indianapolis business park in Indianapolis, IN in February 2019. The project broke ground in November 2017 and construction was completed in January 2019. The fully-furnished suites include full kitchens and separate living spaces, and offer all the comforts of home, including free WiFi. The hotel features an indoor saline-based pool, maintained with natural minerals, a relaxing outdoor patio with fire pit and grills, and the Spin2Cycle fitness center, where guests can run on the treadmill while running a load of laundry.
