Lilac Station is a 118-unit luxury residential apartment community providing a walkable environment with access to local downtown Lombard restaurants and shops, as well as to city amenities available by way of a short train ride to downtown Chicago. The four-story community features an amenity deck with a water feature, game court, grilling station, TV/lounge areas, sunbathing area, fire pit and pet run, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a restaurant at ground level, three community lounges including a conference room/work center, electric vehicle charging stations and a secure, heated parking garage. The project broke ground in June 2021 and welcomed its first residents in June of 2023.
