Monon 46 is a 102-unit residential apartment community situated roughly five miles north of downtown Indianapolis and just south of Broad Ripple along the Monon Trail – the most coveted amenity for multifamily buildings in Indianapolis. Monon 46 includes three apartment buildings as well as a two-story retail building. The community features a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments. The project also features a 1,500-square-foot clubhouse situated between the two buildings along the Monon Trail. The two-story retail building sits at the northeast corner of the site. Construction began in 2022 as was completed in December 2023.
