Holladay Properties developed a 2,500-square-foot retail building for Starbucks within Winding Brook Retail in Ashland, VA. The facility is located at the northeast corner of Lewistown and Lakeridge Parkway, adjacent to the new Boot Barn developed by Holladay. The Starbucks building is owned, developed, and managed by Holladay and is one of several Starbucks projects in our portfolio.
