Holladay Properties joined forces again with Choice Hotels to develop, and Holladay Construction Group to build our hospitality division’s fourth WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in the greater Chicagoland area. The four-story, 123-room WoodSpring Suites Carol Stream broke ground in November 2017 and opened in September 2018. The hotel is conveniently located near several hospitals and universities and within driving distance to downtown Chicago’s many corporate offices. The WoodSpring Suites Chicago Carol Stream features 123 rooms, each equipped with an in-room kitchen, a full-size refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. The property is 100 percent smoke free and offers free parking, an expanded lobby and guest laundry room.
