Holladay Properties has completed development of its ninth WoodSpring Suites by Choice Hotels extended-stay hotels. The WoodSpring Suites in Elgin, IL broke ground in August 2020 and is a 57,700 square foot, four-story, 122-room facility. When completed, the hotel will feature a variety of rooms with queen or king-sized beds, a spacious lobby, guest laundry room, and fitness center. The hotel opened in June 2021.
