Holladay Properties has completed development of its fifth WoodSpring Suites extended-stay hotel in the greater Chicagoland area. The four-story, 123-room WoodSpring Suites hotel in Merrillville, IN broke ground in June 2018 with Holladay Construction Group serving as the project’s General Contractor. The project involved demolition of an existing building on the site that began in May. A 2.42-acre commercial/retail parcel is located adjacent to the hotel site and is available for sale or build to suit.
