We will handle all aspects of the construction of your project including obtaining all permits, supervising daily activities with a full time superintendant, coordinating all project documents and communications, conducting weekly project meetings, monitoring project safety, quality and schedule, and obtaining all closeout documents at project completion.

Meritex Laundry Facility - Portage, IN

This 35,000 SF laundry facility located in a multi-tenant building involved the development and construction of production areas, production rooms and an office area and involved the coordinating and installing $7 Million of equipment.

EDS Facility - West Lafayette, IN

This data processing facility involved the construction of an 80,000 SF shell building and a 40,000 SF interior office build-out for HP. The project required connecting to Purdue University’s fiber ring and was completed in 7 months.

Quaker Steak & Lube - Portage, IN

This 9,000 SF freestanding motor-sports themed restaurant required building a state-of-the-art kitchen area, three custom built bar areas, large rigging operation for a full size vehicle installation and was completed in a 6-month timeframe.
