Holladay managed multifamily community ranks ‘Best in State’ in online reputation

Burlington Station is once again making national headlines for being a top-rated apartment community in the state of Illinois in online reputation. The 89-unit luxury apartment community has consistently ranked in the top 10 by online reputation in Illinois from January to July 2020, as published by Multifamily Executive magazine.

“I am incredible proud of the entire Burlington Station management team,” said Shasta Kreighbaum, Residential Senior Property Manager of Holladay Properties. “I’ve discussed leading customer service in our industry with the team many times and it’s so gratifying to see that we are living up to our promises.”

The Online Reputation Assessment (ORATM) power rankings are completed annually by J Turner Research in April. To qualify, individual properties must have had at least 10 reviews appearing on various review and listing sites.

Burlington Station received an ORATM score of 95 in April 2020 and ranks number four in Illinois. The top property nationally received a score of 98, and the national average ORATM is 63.54.

“This really reinforces my opinion that we have the best residential property management team at Burlington Station,” said Cara Pagels, Holladay’s Property Manager at Burlington Station.

J Turner Research monitors the online ratings of over 116,000 properties across more than 21 review and listing sites across the country each month. The firm uses a statistical model to assign a score on a scale of 0 to 100 to each property.
