(Dyer, Ind.) – Holladay Properties has sold the four-story, 63,486 square foot Medial Pavilion South multi-tenant medical office building located on the campus of Franciscan Health in Dyer, Ind. to Montecito Medical Real Estate.

Holladay acquired the Class A medical office building in 2008 and spent 10 years marketing and leasing the building to bring it to near total occupancy. Holladay will retain management and leasing responsibilities for the building on behalf of Montecito.
