Holladay Properties partners with Third Street to bid on IPS property in Indianapolis
(Indianapolis, Ind.) – Holladay Properties has partnered with Third Street Ventures, an Indianapolis, IN based real estate company that acquires, re-positions, develops and invests in multiple real estate asset classes, on a bid to purchase and redevelop a 4.5 acre property owned by the Indianapolis Public Schools at 1129 E. 16th Street.
