$2 million land sale closes in Indianapolis

(Indianapolis, IN) – Holladay Properties has closed on a $2.08 million land sale at AmeriPlex-Indianapolis. The transaction represents the sale of the last two sites Holladay owns in partnership with the Purdue Research Foundation. The sale includes Sites 38 and 39, representing 16.64 acres of land located within the 80-acre Purdue Research Park of Indianapolis. 

David Holt of Holladay Properties represented the property owner, AmeriPlex PRF Accelerator Park – Indianapolis, LLC, and Matt Kiger of Newmark Knight Frank represented the purchaser, Novartis Manufacturing LLC in the land sale. The purchaser is planning to build a life sciences lab on the site.
