(South Bend, IN) – Holladay Properties’ South Bend office and corporate headquarters has moved. The new office brings Holladay into one contiguous space and will allow for better communication between departments, as well as ease of access for guests and visitors.
“I am excited for a new space and location,” said Paul Phair, VP-Development. “227 was a great office, but after being in the same building for 14 years, I was really looking forward to a ”˜shake-up’ and I think the rest of Holladay — South Bend was looking forward to the same.”
Holladay had been in their previous office at 227 South Main Street for nearly two decades before moving the new location, which provides more office space on a single floor. Holladay had occupied two floors in the previous location, with development and accounting services on the third floor, and property management, design and construction services on the second floor.
“I think that everyone is thrilled with having a brand new space built out specifically for our operation,” Phair said. “Our former space was really tired and did not promote organic collaboration, and I think more of that collaboration will be a game changer and ultimately create a better culture in our office.”
Some employees and guests will no doubt miss the former Holladay Properties location in downtown South Bend, but the new office is in another great location, right off of Douglas Road between 23 and Grape Road. The new space also offers ample parking, natural lighting through the large exterior windows and unique LED interior lighting throughout, and a new, modern style courtesy of the efforts of Holladay staff including Project Designer, Lauren Quiett and Office Manager Amanda Domalewski.
“This move required us to reconfigure and reuse of a lot of existing furniture in combination with new furniture,” Quiett said. “The logistics were well thought out by the whole team and we were able to get everyone moved and set up with minor work interruption. Now we can’t wait to get settled in!”
