On November 3, a Gala and a Ball were held in different cities for separate Foundations and were attended by Holladay Properties team members. One to benefit The Boone Hospital Foundation in Columbia, MO, and the other for the CalvertHealth Foundation in Prince Frederick, MD; properties for both are managed by Holladay and owned by CNL.

The Boone Hospital Foundation held its annual gala at the Holiday Inn Expo Center in Columbia, MO. The Foundation creates opportunities for individuals, families and organizations to provide support that directly improves patient care and the outreach programs and services of Boone Hospital Center. The group support efforts such as enhanced patient care, advanced technology, community benefit programs and staff education.

The 30th Annual CalvertHealth Foundation Harvest Ball fundraiser was held in National Harbor, MD. This year’s Fire and Ice themed event, Igniting the Difference, raised funds for the largest expansion in CalvertHealth’s almost 100-year history. When completed, this three-story expansion project will house spacious, modernized private patient rooms, outpatient services, as well as areas for medical and support staff. The $51 million expansion will take place over the next few years. This project will feature all private patient rooms on Level 2 and Level 3 of the medical center.
