Holladay Properties…In a Nutshell

At a recent event, I was asked what Holladay Properties does. The question left me speechless for several moments as I tried to form a coherent description of our company. The problem is that Holladay does so much that we don’t really fit into one standard definition. Finally, one of my coworkers jumped in with “we do everything related to commercial real estate.” That pretty much sums up Holladay in a nutshell, but if you’re not familiar with commercial real estate (and even if you are), this could just lead to more questions and confusion.

You see, Holladay Properties can’t be lumped in to one standard category; we don’t fit “in a nutshell.” We’re a diverse group of talented individuals with expertise and knowledge in a variety of fields. Our employees have education or experience in real estate, healthcare administration, engineering, accounting, architecture, interior design, construction management, banking, finance, marketing, business administration, property management, graphic design, IT, and even government. We design, build and manage properties of all shapes, types and sizes, including large scale business parks, retail projects, hotels, commercial office and industrial buildings, and medical facilities. As you can see, we’re experienced and knowledgeable in nearly every aspect of commercial real estate, from retail to industrial to medical. We’re like the nut isle at the grocery store. Sure you could get a jar of just cashews, peanuts, almonds or walnuts, but I for one would rather choose the mixed nuts – a variety of flavors combined, giving you the best of all worlds.
