(South Bend, IN) – Jackie Green, Vice President – Director of Property Management, has earned the CPM, Certified Property Manager, designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

The CPM designation is a globally recognized property management designation awarded by IREM and recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Individuals who have earned the CPM designation are recognized as experts in real estate management and 70% of CPMs hold the highest management positions in their offices.

To achieve the CPM designation, qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years of real estate management experience, complete a variety of IREM approved real estate education courses covering a variety of topics including finance, management, and ethics, and pass the CPM Certification Exam. The CPM designation demonstrates a mastery of the analytical and leadership skills needed to enhance the short and long-term values of large real estate portfolios, including residential, commercial, condominium, industrial, institutional and mixed-use.
