Holladay Properties has broken ground on three new commercial real estate developments in Virginia including a 30,000 square foot Class A research and wet lab facility, a 10,000 square foot build to suit for Boot Barn, and an 8,000 square foot office building.

Holladay Properties' Indianapolis office is planning a new mixed-use multifamily/retail development at 46th Street and the Monon Trail in Indianapolis, known as Monon 46 which will include 102 apartments as well as a 3,500 square feet retail building.
