Jillian Koeneman joined Holladay Properties as Senior Marketing Director in May 2021 and is responsible for the overall marketing and branding of both Holladay Properties and Holladay Construction Group as well as oversight of Holladay’s community investment initiatives and philanthropic efforts. Jillian comes to Holladay from Ben’s Soft Pretzels Franchising, where she served as Vice President and helped grow the brand from 20 locations to over 132 locations in 12 states, and Freshlime Digital Marketing, where she served as President and Co-founder. Jillian holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), and has been recognized on the list of Michiana 40 Under 40, a Sassy Magazine’s Woman to Watch. She has also received the Elkhart Humane Society’s Volunteer of the Year honor and was awarded the International Franchising Association’s Franchising Gives Back Award. She currently volunteers as a web designer for St. John’s the Evangelist Catholic Church in Goshen.
