Kirsten Adams joined Holladay Properties in 2016, after having previously worked at our the Orlando, FL management office from 2012 to 2013. During her time with Holladay, Kirsten has served in a variety of roles, including Property Manager, Director of Property Management – Midwest Region, and SVP-Property Management. In 2020, Kirsten was promoted to Senior Vice President – Managing Director Healthcare Services. In her current role, she carries out our healthcare segment’s human capital strategies; ensures policy and procedure compliance; standardizes property management training, tools, and resources across all clients; serves as a feedback conduit on our property management supports systems; and acts as our primary representative with our clients’ executive management.
