Laura Cottingham joined Holladay Properties in September 2019 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing with her 18 years of finance and accounting experience from multiple industries including healthcare services, parking/property management and IT staffing/consulting. Laura previously served as an Accounting Manager with Holladay’s Nashville office from 2003-2006.
Since joining Holladay, Laura has streamlined processes, aligned departments across two different offices, and improved the budgeting, reporting, and forecasting functions. She is responsible for accounting duties across all of Holladay’s business functions, from development to property management, and is in charge of reporting to Holladay’s 150+ investors. Laura has a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Lipscomb University. She is also a member of TSCPA, AICPA, Impact 100 Nashville, and CFO Leadership Council.
