The first of 3 industrial spec buildings Holladay Properties plans to develop in the NorthPoint Business and Technology Park, NorthPoint One features seven inch concrete flooring, 32′ clear ceiling height, 36 overhead dock doors, 50’ x 60’ column spacing, LED high bay warehouse lighting, 190+ car parking spaces and 60+ trailer parking spaces. The 182,500 square foot industrial facility broke ground in July 2021 and was completed in late August 2022.
