Holladay Properties redeveloped an existing bank facility into a medical office building for a primary care practice. Holladay purchased the property located at 6200 Central Avenue in Portage, IN which is home to a 4,701 square foot building on 1.79 acres that was built in 1975. Holladay retrofit the building, which most recently served as a Chase Bank branch location, to fit the programming needs of a primary care practice by reconfiguring the interior space.
