Holladay Properties’ Northwest Indiana office completed The Haskell Building, new 64,000 square foot light industrial building located on 4.33 acres on Cleveland Avenue in Michigan City, IN, within the AmeriPlex-Marquette business park. The building is a high quality pre-cast concrete panel construction with interior steel columns for roof and structural stability. It offers 24’ clear height and flexible space to serve office, warehousing and light manufacturing requirements. This project will be followed by another similar light-industrial facility to the west.
