Holladay Properties is serving as the developer for a 552,000 SF warehouse in the Winding Brook business park located in Ashland, VA. When it’s completed, the building will boast more than 12 acres under one roof with a 40’ clear ceiling height and cross-docking. Sitework began in fall 2022 and the building construction will be completed in Q1 2024. A subsidiary of Jim Pattison Group will occupy 400,000 SF of the building with an additional 150,000 SF of warehouse space available for lease.
